On Tuesday 29^th June, I will facilitate a Lunch-Talk at the invitation of 3 Chambers of Commerce (Australian, Dutch and French) at the Plaza Athenee hotel in Bangkok.

The topic will be: “Tools and tips to succeed as a Leader through the… next crisis”. We will discuss in particular:

• What has 2008-2009 crisis changed in Leadership & Management requirements?
• Which Leadership model is safe to thrive through the next (unexpected!) crisis?
• How do your strengths meet that model?
• What should you and your team focus on, to lead even better? … in a Thai context?
• Crisis-proof tools and tips for your own leadership development

It will be a highly interactive event, with high-impact videos, some of them from orchestra conductors actually…

Join us on June 22nd for a unique Breakfast Talk hosted by the French Chamber of Commerce in Vietnam.

Jean-Francois Cousin will present the results of an unprecedented survey of over 50 companies in Vietnam.

Helping Vietnamese and foreign managers to improve their effectiveness at work together is the purpose of the unprecedented on-line survey the CCIFV is launching with 1-2-WIN Executive Coaching. Multicultural management is a major issue for all of you and this survey will help us to highlight the difficulties that managers and employees are experiencing in Vietnam.
