Join us in Singapore on 21st May for a workshop on “Effective Communication and Presentation Skills”

April 25, 2010 News by Jean François Cousin

Join us in Singapore on 21st May for a workshop on  “Effective Communication and Presentation Skills” which I will conduct for the French Chamber of Commerce in Singapore, as you may find it helpful for some of your managers. And the fee charged by the Chamber is quite small (214 SGD), so it may be an “economical” choice of training!

The link for registration is: http://fccsingapore.com/index.php?id=43&tx_ttnews[tt_news]=233&tx_ttnews[backPid]=48&cHash=750fc76a68

I hope this helps and I wish you all the best!

Mentoring and Coaching: lessons from failures... and tools & tips for success
Highly interactive workshop, with real case studies in Singapore on April 7th
Statistics rate Mentoring and Coaching as the most effective people-development approaches...
Indeed, developing a Mentoring Culture costs very little and can offer great benefits. Yet, why does it fail so often? Through real case studies, we will identify main pitfalls and conditions required for success. And then summarize practical ‘Do’s and Don’ts’.
Successful Executive Coaching creates powerful shifts in managers’ behaviours and helps them take their career to the next level. Yet several factors can ruin the process. We will review them, outline how to set-up a coaching assignment for success and provide tips & tools for internal coaches.
Learning outcomes include:
  • Key success-factors for setting-up and nurturing an effective Mentoring Culture
  • Clarity on the main pitfalls along the way
  • How to get the greatest benefit from an Executive Coaching  assignment
  • Tips and tools for ‘internal coaches’
This workshop is relevant to:
  • Managers wishing to take their team’s motivation and performance to the next level
  • HR & LD Managers looking at leveraging mentoring and/or coaching most effectively
  • CEO and Business Unit Heads working to create the ‘best team’ in their business
