Training module: Effective Management Skills

Specially designed for Vietnam, this intensive two-day course introduces the manager with the fundamentals of the managerial role. It combines the essential skills of priorities & time management, delegation, people management, effective communication, performance management and team motivation.

Join us on June 22nd for a unique Breakfast Talk hosted by the French Chamber of Commerce in Vietnam.

Jean-Francois Cousin will present the results of an unprecedented survey of over 50 companies in Vietnam.

You are also invited to participate in the survey, if you know Vietnam!

Helping Vietnamese and foreign managers to improve their effectiveness at work together is the purpose of the unprecedented on-line survey the CCIFV is launching with 1-2-WIN Executive Coaching. Multicultural management is a major issue for all of you and this survey will help us to highlight the difficulties that managers and employees are experiencing in Vietnam.
